Q: Do you provide organic supplies?

A: Yes, of course. Moreover, we provide natural cleaning supplies . we are charging $10.00 for cleaning supplies. Simply request this type of cleaning when you make the appointment

Q: How many people do you usually send for the cleaning?

A: Normally, we send a team of 2 cleaners. Depending on the size of the job, that number could increase.

Q: Do I need to be home?

A: It is up to you to a period,  most of our clients  prefer not to be at home during the cleaning. We keep detailed information about each client’s home regarding pets, access, and alarm codes as well as any special instructions. If you prefer to be home, we will schedule a time that is mutually convenient.

Q: How will you get into my place?

A: If you cannot be at home when we arrive, you can provide us with a key, hide a key in a safe place or give us special instructions about entry.

Q: What is NOT included for the service?

A: S.O.S. Cleaning Inc. does not provide “Laundry Service”

Steam Carpet Cleaning is not provided by S.O.S. Cleaning, Inc.

We enjoy working around your pets, but for safety reasons, cleaners will be not be able to clean up your pet’s waste, change litter or clean bodily fluids.

If you have a minor problem with “Mold”, our cleaners will try their best to work with it but S.O.S. Cleaning, Inc. doesn’t warranty its complete removal.
